Key practice areas also include employment law including training and policy development for internal clients.

Practice areas included procurement and contracting; compliance; bill impact analysis for legislature and agency; personnel investigations; training in ethics, EEO, ADA, FLSA, and FMLA; and various intellectual property questions. Provided review, advice and drafting for RFPs, bid protests, negotiations, contracts, amendments and work orders.

Practice of commercial law, and general litigation in state and federal matters.

Legal contract work, providing due diligence, including document production and attorney-client privilege check on an Oil and Gas Company acquisition. Legal tasks as assigned.
