Have also travelled to participate in on site OEM operational improvement summits, including visits to multiple repair vendors to allow for face to face interaction, and to develop close working relationships with these key business partners.Gather and report data on a weekly and monthly basis as it applies to specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) that are measured for the team.Ensure that all orders for the A/C platform are sent to approved vendors, with a focus on repair turnaround time, strategic sourcing and cost savings.Assist with major and minor component forecasting for budgetary purposes, including reviewing annual escalations and accounting for them.Work across functional groups within CHC to ensure that planned maintenance is timed correctly and accurately so as to optimize the rotable part life cycle, and extract maximum value from installed components.Manage constant replenishment of contractually required spares at line bases worldwide, with a focus on leveraging existing stock while being very mindful of budgetary requirements.Primarily responsible for escalation of part requirements as related to the Sikorsky Category. Plan and organize maintenance schedule for gas turbine engines and related components coming due for overhaul, to ensure on time availability.Address required repair activities for engines and components, both in the field and at global repair stations.Maintain consignment parts stock at bases per contractually obligated levels.Supply components for AOG (Aircraft On Ground) requirements.Organize, send, and expedite components to repair vendors for adequate turn around. This includes collecting detailed fault information and related documentation from remote bases to mitigate possible delays in the repair cycle.Ensure that components sent out for repair / overhaul are sent to approved vendors, with an emphasis on turn around time, and fiscal responsibility.Plan major component budgets for each fiscal year.
