Provide training and maintenance support for cheese plant operation. Trouble shoot technical issues and coach existing plant staff on maintenance solutions.

Supervised 8 employees in a diesel exhaust fluid manufacturing and distributing operation. Oversaw raw materials unloading from rail cars and transporting back to the manufacturing plant. Supervised the production and certification of the manufacture of diesel exhaust fluid. Managed a small truck driving fleet that delivered bulk DEF in the quad state area of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, and Iowa.

As a leader in the maintenance department I trouble shot and repaired plant equipment. I also trained plant staff and new maintenance technicians in optimal machine operation and machine repair and maintenance practices. I also was one of two maintenance technicians that purchased parts and equipment for the plant. Other duties included maintaining a parts and maintenance data base on Maximo.

Lead other associate in the packaging area to optimize packaging machine performance. Also took the lead in employee training and machine repair and maintenance.

Direct shift operation and communications flow. Also ensure smooth shift change overs though shift logs and production reports. First contact for hourly employee issues.

Participated in final assemble of production plant. Once in operation, I operated, repaired, and maintained production equipment.

Operate heavy equipment in quarries, and road and air strip construction.

Assist in building bridges, lighting on the United States / Mexico border, communication and electrical distribution systems. Worked on projects in Honduras, California, and Panama.
