-Interact directly with customers via telephone and in person-Place orders on behalf of customers-Provide customers with quotations in order to give the customer competitive prices while maximizing profits for the company-Work to further partnerships with current clients while fostering new working relationships with potential accounts-Interact with vendors with regards to pricing on various items, purchasing stock, and receiving material to be sold -Handle all transfers of items coming into and going out of the branch-Speak with management on a daily basis regarding matters such as potential customer sales, transfer of stock among company branches, and purchasing of material through a wide variety of vendors

-Aide in gathering material for sales orders to be delivered or picked up by customers-Interact with customers and placed orders on their behalf-Assist in accounting duties, reporting directly to company CFO-Organize receivables and apply payments to appropriate customer accounts -Post payables to the proper vendors and assist in bookkeeping-Make collections calls to customers regarding outstanding balances and work with clients to clear balances
