Trained hands-on with the team, and wrote a 50 page illustrated assembly procedure, or OMS.• Transferred the operation from the customer’s facility to UCT in Menlo Park, and managed the production schedule of the next 15 units over 6 months, eventually transferring the operation again to UCT Shanghai.• Ran weekly meetings with the customer at their site, driving project related action items concerning a number of functional groups, including Materials, Sales, QA, Production Control, and Manufacturing.
