As Director of Post-Acute Care Services at Keck Medicine of USC, my focus is on leading efforts to deliver the best outcomes for patients moving across the continuum of care. I have spearheaded initiatives to decrease acute length of stay and improve overall continuity of care through developing meaningful partnerships in the community. My expertise in stakeholder alignment has been pivotal in program optimization, resulting in measurable progress across our service area. My academic background includes a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California. I focus on educational growth by pursuing knowledge from multiple sources, including organizations like the American College of Healthcare Executives. These educational experiences, combined with operational leadership roles, contribute to my ability to deploy innovative strategies that support our health system and give us a competitive edge in the market. Serving on different boards and actively volunteering, I am committed to advancing our community’s overall health.
