Main duties involved converting theory into tangible high performance multi-threaded code to run on several of the high power computer clusters that was available to us. This also included CUDA graphic card compute nodes. Programming languages used included C, C++, Java and scripting languages such as Bash, Zsh and python. Finally results were then published in leading scientific journals for the field. Other duties including teaching classes to both undergraduates and graduate students. Teaching exchange with Czech Republic, running different international workshops and conference talks. Final responsibilities included supervising PhD students. -
