As the Sr. Director of Product Management for Wholesale and Enterprise Voice Services, I drive P&L for a large revenue portfolio which includes sales, usage, opex, netex, capex, credits, churn, fraud mitigation, and pricing. Current responsibilities include managing 30 plus voice products, pricing initiatives & strategies along with approving profitable bilateral agreements, and managing sales operations for Wholesale Voice.A natural rapport builder and vested team leader, I am regarded as the “go-to” person for transforming and advancing complicated carrier challenges. Additionally, I oversaw the integration of a complex global product across four telecom acquisitions and managed two regional divestitures, honing my coordination, strategic planning, and change management skills.
