4th employee hired for a startup wireless ISP. We brought high-speed Internet to rural communities in Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska and Kansas.Wore every hat to get things started: Technology development/tower building, door to door sales, installation of product, end user tech support, customer service center training, QC management of warehouse, installers, upper level tech support, training.Helped build it up to 110 employees.Began in sales and obtained our first customers by cold calling door to door.Developed tech support and handled all trouble tickets.Bench tested new tech and wrote training manuals for our 1st level call center.Resolved escalated tech support trouble tickets utilizing software system RODOPI.Managed inventory at our warehouse and trained contracted installers.
