• Assisted in the development of a fault isolation curriculum for 10 CPN and 2 large Joint Network Node (JNN) teams using a user created database of systemic faults; fostered a knowledge base focused on sustainment.
• Coordinated on a month-to-month basis with Company Level Network Operations (NETOPs) team to ensure accurate Satellite Access Requests (SARs) were submitted on time for 10 SATCOM terminals, and Satellite Access.
