Lead Facilities Strategic Planning Team, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Enterprise 2012 – Present. • Identified need for a 5 year Facilities Strategic Plan (FSP).• Presented need to Facilities Director and was assigned as Lead Aeronautics Facilities Strategic Planning.• Set up team across Facilities organization starting with the three main sites.• Proposed a method to communicate the FSP to our customers so that they can use the data to develop their Business Strategic Plans.• Volunteered to lead a Corporate Facilities team to develop a common method to perform Facilities Condition Assessments (stretch assignment).• Mentored a Corporate Round Table Mentoring Team lead to help further develop our future Facilities leaders (stretch assignment).• Selected by Corporate Facilities Vice President Bob O'Brien to join a Facilities Independent Review Team to evaluate a proposed business and facilities change within the Space Systems business area (stretch assignment).

Lead of Facilities Engineering - Production and Warehousing Team• Led 20 Project Managers in successfully supporting Production Operations and transitioning manufacturing and warehousing areas to support emerging business needs.• Managed an average annual budget of eighty million dollars.• Worked with Facilities Business Management to develop a method to track the authorization and expenditure of capital budget to ensure that we met our expenditure targets.• In 2002 established a three person team to evaluate the readiness of the Facilities Organization to support F-35 SDD production.• Developed a Facilities Transition Master Schedule to identify critical inflection points for management approvals for funding and program transitions to support F-35 production.• Determined that we were behind schedule, developed presentation for Production Operations to present to F-35 Vice President and Aeronautics President. Received authorization to accelerate Factory transition plan.• Established and led a team comprised of program and supporting organizations that planned and executed the F-35 factory transition.o Major highlights: Cleared south ends of building 4 and 5 of all metal machining equipment. Identified critical infrastructure that had to be updated to support future production requirements. Refurbished and cleaned all building infrastructure. Relocated F-16 production to building 8 and the south ends of building 4 and 5. Shut down F-2 and F-22 Center Fuselage Production areas. Purchased all equipment and production aids to support F-35 Production requirements. Transitioned from Systems Design and Development to Low Rate Production to the initial stages of Full Rate Production. NEVER missed a load date on any program and NEVER missed a program delivery date due to a Facilities issue.

Lead Facilities Planning Department• Led team of thirteen engineers responsible for all tactical projects in support of all manufacturing, office and lab areas.• Worked with engineers and customers to establish facilities requirements, budgets and schedules.• Reviewed facilities design packages with engineers, customers and architects to verify the quality and completeness of designs. • Successfully completed jobs on time and within budget.

Facilities Project Manager• Developed budgets, schedules and layouts for several different production, office and lab areas, including the composites manufacturing area and a co-production area with the Japanese. • Traveled to Japan to work with Mitsubishi Heavy Industry to transfer knowledge on how to produce the F-2 co-cured composite wing. Worked with Facilities Engineers to devise a way to improve the cure tool handling method to reduce the cure tool mate process by more than 50%.
