I have developed a proven method that I share with business owners on understanding the role office technology plays in profitability and the bottom line. I am successful at managing projects that include the implementation of large equipment fleets with many moving parts and individuals ensuring customer satisfaction.

In Sales and Solutions I review customer accounts for sales of broadband, voice access lines, television packages and other products while multitasking billing questions and solving customers problems. I have been called upon to care for sensitive customers and coach peers. The environment I work in is demanding, stressful and very fast paced and product information is constantly evolving.

As a Sales Support Supervisor I led a team of specialists in the sales of solar greenhouse style structures to customers throughout the United States. The complete sales process included assisting in layout and design of structures, internet research and occasionally assisting with field construction. My role also included hiring, training and evaluating my team, daily training, attending trade shows and problem-solving customer issues.

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist I traveled throughout Vermont, New Hampshire and north eastern Massachusetts providing care to individuals in their homes. This included transitioning patients from the hospital to their home. Care included all types of Respiratory Therapy (i.e. use of high-tech medical equipment, case management and patient education.)
