In a specialist role created within the Business Performance team to support the Systems Transformation being undertaken at Wyndham I have been part of the Change team playing a key role in ensuring the ongoing success of the project. The role has varied responsibilities, a key aspect is supporting change by focusing on the people side of change. In this role I have built strong relationships across a wide range of areas within Council and been instrumental in key initiatives across the project.

In the newly created role of Team Leader, Events I came into a team with limited systems and processes and built these from the ground up as a key priority of my first year in the role. I have managed and supported the team in delivering an exciting range of Events enjoyed by the Wyndham community. Creating strong relationships across the organisation has been a key focus of both my and the teams work and enabled us the elevate our work and offer platforms to other departments to showcase their services to the community at our events.
