Greg’s career in industrial relations began early, during his apprenticeship, when he was elected as a workplace union delegate. A natural leader, Greg became a full-time union organiser at the age of 22 and rose through the ranks of the AMWU to Assistant National Secretary and National Secretary of the Metal Trades Federation of Unions.
