Responsible for designing and building custom process for monitoring and approving liquor licenses utilizing Microsoft's (CE) CRM system.Managed and built a process for US States to receive, monitor, approve, and report on incoming and existing liquor licenses. Proactively designed the system utilizing the tools available within the Microsoft D365 system as a Proof of Concept that was later sold as part of a full engagement project. Responsible for engaging multiple resources for a year long project to help with integrating customer information from the liquor license into the Finance and Operations systems along with the eCommerce system. Managed initial build of the Licensee product to match client's current setup and needs. Responsible for multiple data loads and assisting with data cleanup along the way. Assisted with security setup within the Customer Engagement system both for internal and client users. Worked with Power BI team for mandatory state reporting needs.

Focused on technical consulting, programming, developer, and Lawson/Infor projects. Transferred HR data from a legacy system to Infor’s Landmark GHR (Global Human Resources) system and trained functional team to use Infor products for uploading data into the system. Also converted HR and benefits data to the Landmark GHR system and assisted with modification to Infor IPAs to update benefit interfaces.Productively converted payroll data into the newly built system for Infor’s system integrated testing by quickly learning newly built import tools and utilizing to convert data; documented and performed on other issues that could have upheld conversion timelines. Project involved Lawson ERP finance data migration to Ascension Health PeopleSoft platform.Managed finance team as the technical lead to assist in converting data from one of the larger hospital network acquisitions in the US to Ascension’s ERP system. Successfully converted finance data and assisted with supply chain data resulting in setting the groundwork for all future mergers, particularly large acquisitions.Managed the testing process of all revenue interfaces and created custom programs to migrate and correctly map required data in a new platform.
