1990-1994 & 2000-2005 Responsible for Internal and External Shortage reduction. Develop specific Leadership skills in Executive Team Leaders and Assets Protection Investigative team. Develop strategic plan to resolve internal, external and operational exposure to loss identified through analysis of Retail Stock Ledger, Profit & Loss statements and Investigations.Train and certify Investigators to conduct professional investigations and interviews of dishonest team members.
