I have over 45 years drafting experience, specialising in detail Siteworks and Structural Drafting and design requiring detailed input. I have the desire and ability to continue producing high quality drafting for many years to come. My biggest asset is the ability to find workable solutions to unusual or difficult areas of civil and structural designs. I am structured and organised in my thinking and approach to technical problems. I am able to see “the wood for the trees”, finding the best technical solution for the client, which is sometimes less obvious or buried in important detail. I work well as part of a team, and have the ability to assist and mentor less experienced staff in both the Civil and Structural areas. I do not have a problem taking charge if I feel there is a need to progress a project and ensure a satisfactory outcome for the client.I have managed a small team of volunteers at the 2018 Commonwealth games and achieved a fun-filled and safe outcome for both competitors and volunteers.
