My passion is working with diverse teams to address the issues of the day. As an ardent generalist, I believe the majority of the challenges we face are too complex to be solved by any one profession or discipline. I have devoted my career to surrounding myself with and understanding the work of specialists who each hold a piece of the puzzle to solve a specific problem. My super-power is understanding their work and seeing how it fits in with the pieces held by other specialists to form a full picture. Over the last decade I have honed my practice to emphasize working with networks and coalitions, to education and networking, and to supporting new and emerging leaders.
