Perform duties and responsibilities as the Director of Sales to focus on emsCharts direct sales and existing products through managing product pipeline, RFP responses, customer tracking of activities, assist with product roadmap with a focus of monetizing features into products, support sales channels and indirect sales, and develop business partnerships to bring a total solution to mutual customers.Act as an account manager to provide customer services, interpretate customer conversations into product functionality to provide solutions or enhance the product, provide solutions to customer needs through current product functionality, develop customer program outreach and business development to increase market share in alignment with customer goals and objectives.Act as a business analyst to work closely with clients to address advanced needs, develop plans to design and develop new features and modules, and provide quality improvement over products to innovate over time.
