Customer service at all times is a fully encompassing belief system. During my 33 years as an Account Manager it has always been about taking care of the client, being intuitive to their changing needs, protecting their projects and ensuring their success. I apply this philosophy in providing solutions across several platforms including; commercial printing, critical data communications, document automation, mail services, warehousing and fulfillment, branded merchandise and storefront applications. My background includes working with a range of clients including Financial, Life Sciences, Elections, Healthcare, Med Device and Hospitality. KP has significant in-house production capabilities to service these clients with the quality and security standards they require.

Primary duties included all aspects of relationship management from acquisition to ongoing relationship building, product expansion and collections as necessary. Contact levels ranged from entry level purchasing and marketing to C suite. I also managed a staff of five support personnel strategically aligning them to the client's needs.
