Project manage complex and high profile 911 activities as they relate to customer network upgrades or network decommissions. NENA ENP certified again in 2014.

Managed a team of 9 direct reports, which in turn were responsible for 90 business analysts working on 911 land line service order provisioning for 11 different cable companies. We completed processing of new orders, disconnects and changes for our land line customers. We had a System and tools team, a Project management team, an Audit team, a Maintenance & trouble ticket team and Service order team.

Supervise team of local interconnection planners and analysts. Creating plans to interconnect voice circuits from Sprint's local class 5 switches into the Local Exchange Carrier's network. Working with RBOC's (Regional Bell Operating Companies) and Independent Telephone companies throughout the United States in establishing interconnection circuits/trunks.

As a network planner we were responsible for budgets supporting Central Office additions, Outside Plant additions and CXR additions which was based on fiber deployment throughout an exchange. We worked with forecasting group, local engineers in the region and multiple vendors to deliver the most optimal service to our customers within specific geographic regions of Ohio, Indiana and Pennsylvania.
