CurrentAs the Manager of Training, I am integral to the strategic development and execution of company-wide training initiatives. My role revolves around assessing training needs across departments, positions, and processes to craft comprehensive strategies, programs, and content that align with organizational objectives.Key responsibilities include:• Overseeing the training process and delivery for new employees of acquired companies.• Designing, planning, and implementing corporate training programs, policies, and procedures to meet organizational and departmental requirements while ensuring alignment with company strategies and goals.• Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to develop interactive training materials, including curriculum, agendas, scripts, and support materials.• Providing oversight for e-Learning platforms and exploring new training techniques to enhance existing programs and adapt to organizational changes.• Conducting annual training and development needs assessments to inform strategic training priorities.• Leading initiatives to support employees during transitions resulting from technological changes, acquisitions, and mergers.• Facilitating training across multiple instructional delivery modalities, including e-learning, virtual, and face-to-face sessions for end-users and subject matter trainers.• Generating training status reports and conducting follow-up studies to evaluate and measure training effectiveness.• Maintaining accurate records of training and development activities, attendance, test results, and retraining requirements.• Staying updated on developments in training methodologies and technology enhancements to continuously improve training programs.• Managing vendor contracts for employee participation in external training programs.• Establishing and maintaining a library of company-wide standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
