I am currently at Steris AST which is located in Sandy Utah. I have been there for the last 6+ years continuing the development of maintenance personal. We have increased our budget and revenue each year with last year increasing the revenue by 2 million dollars and creating a gross margin of 72.4 percent. This year our budget was increased 15% and currently we are about 300K above our projection. The maintenance department down time has reduced from 10+ percent in 2016 to 4.85% currently Year to date. We have implemented several initiatives to achieve this goal. Some of which are:Down time tracking. This is updated and reported out on by the Maintenance technicians at our morning safety meetingPreventative maintenance program and implementation of eMaintenance. I was 1 of 6 chosen companywide to implement this program globally to all 56 facilities. 26 US based and 30 outside the US. I have implemented SAP, Oracle, MP2, Emaintenance & Big foot into other facilities.I am currently the RSO for the facility (Radiation Safety Officer)I am in charge of all machinery located at the facility, all Capital projects, plant projects and improvements as well as the daily operation of the maintenance department.I have been asked to help support other facilities with maintenance related issues. Some examples of this are in Ontario California I have been supporting a site security upgrade including Fire and Burglary, Tote standardization project, Training of new Maintenance Manager. In Minnesota I am currently assisting with the Maintenance Manager responsibilities while this position is open, Ensuring tech’s are completing all preventative maintenance, capital projects, and upgrading their systems to meet all OSHA, EPA and EO regulations. The Sandy Steris facility was one of the first to receive the VPP star from OSHA in our company and I am working with other sites to achieve the VPP status. I have recognized as the Facility Safety Champion for the last 2 years.

I have been doing general construction of residential homes which include but is not limited to: new construction, remodeling, roofing, decks, plumbing, electrical, finish work, painting, dry wall, framing, etc.

Directed and managed maintenance personnel in a high speed, fast paced manufactuing facility with 13 processing lines. My team was responsable for all processes of the equipment which included but not limited to computer programming using PLC's, touch screen, ladder logic, ethernet, internet, devicenet, hydraulic/pneumatic/power transmition, HVAC, laser and ink jet coding, line analysis of down time and process improvment, installation of new equipment, and documentation through the Oracle EAM suite 12.Built, implemented and maintained the Oracle system for the Maintenance department This system captured work orders, PM's, assets, and time entry which was CFR part 11 compliant. I was the only super user of this systemCollabrated with technicians, sales and marketing, and manufacturing departments on changeovers, planning, product development, plant processes (SOP's), GMP's and new customer implementation.Conducted trend analysis for executive managment. Consolidated data to develop goals and review performance of machinery and personel.Consulted on selection guidlines for use in hiring decisions and employee evaulations. Designed and managed process improvment plans and improved plant productivity by 50% in 3 years.Delievered presentations for audiences of 5 to 70 individuals, covering, plant processes and scope, sales and marketing forcasts, plant safety goals and OSHA's regulatory changes. CPR/AED/First aid over view and plant evacuation processes.

In a fast paced, high speed manufacturing facility with 9 high speed processing lines, I supervised and mentored plant personel in line analysis and tracking of plant line down time using plant data systems with the plants System Analysis Module (SAM's) . As a CDM specialist I would evaluate all processing lines and reduce inefficiencies with plant personnel. Conducted trend analysis for executive managment. Consolidated data to develop goals and review performance indicators. (KPI's)Exceeded initial plant down time estimate of reduction in the first year. The starting down time average with all production lines was 14.3% per shift. By 2008 the plant down time average was 1.8% per shift.Spearheaded the manufacturing process of downtime entry, evaluation and input into the SAM's system.Successfullly implemented the plant SAP user system and was one of the few super users on that system. I was selected to be one of the in house trainers.Helped implement the branch of TPM into the plant in 2008.I supervised and mentored 17 to 20 maintenance personnel.
