Front Desk Manager
Current Sell and process memberships inclusive of personal training packages and individual sessions to members Give informational tours of the facility to prospective members Engage with members to answer questions and address concerns with creative problem solving solutions Manage monthly calendar of front desk employee schedule and distribute to team members Act as a liaison between members and the personal training staff to schedule sessions in a timely manner Collaborate with management and other departments to maintain a high functioning work environment Coordinate with building management for any repairs and maintenance required for the facility Execute monthly promotions and membership deals Make monthly calls to members with outstanding balances to collect payment Utilize Quattro and Microsoft Suite programs to maintain accurate data collection such as sales leads, membership changes and contract upgrades Compile daily reports inclusive of: number of member visits, number of training sessions, new sales and more Maintain and organize workspace and aid in workspace cleanliness and sanitization Manage front desk phone line and email
