Greg has served as Tax Counsel with the Department of Justice Canada for over a decade where he has obtained extensive tax litigation experience through regular appearances before the Tax Court of Canada, Federal Court of Canada, Federal Court of Appeal, and various Provincial Superior Courts and Courts of Appeal. Greg regularly advises on key aspects of settlement negotiation and has managed all aspects of discovery and drafted all forms of litigation documents, including pleadings, written discovery questions and responses, legal and settlement briefs, and trial and appellate facta. Greg has argued over 100 matters before the Tax Court of Canada and other Canadian Courts.
