In this role I worked as part of a small team whose focus is implementing changes across the university to optimise and streamline strategic operations. I led a data research project focusing on education support operations and processes, alongside other work including NSS score analysis and implementing changes to the team's intranet. In this role I gained experience in data analysis, professional communication and engagement, digital proficiency, as well as developing my knowledge of higher education, the university's structure and its systems.

In this role I was responsible for: helping customers at checkout, watching over the forecourt, replenishing stock, helping with deliveries and backstock, preparing food and drink in the cafe, cleaning and much more. I was fully trained to operate the petrol station and complete the vast array of responsibilities and tasks that had to be balanced in this role.
