Teach Starter provides a library of resources teachers use to help them in the classroom. I was brought in to grow ARR and coach the team. Highest impact projects included:1. Data re-structure and piping into analytics tools to split test and understand the impact of bets.2. Launched a “download limit” that 4x free signups while maintaining our free to paid conversion ratio. 3. Restructured pricing plans to better align with feature willingness to pay. 4. Increased downloads via personalising to teachers grade and subject data.5. Helped founders secure a multi-million dollar exit - through aquisition by TES.

Jumbo sells lottery tickets online. Its primary business is a B2C brand OzLotteries.com but I also oversaw their expansion into B2B as they licensed their technology to charities lotteries selling prize homes. Over a decade my role evolved from IC to Manager to Manager of Managers. I recruited, trained, and offered ongoing coaching to my 30+ person department - including Product Managers, Product Designers, Product Marketers, and Data Analysts. Helped Jumbo grow from 100M to 500M in sales.
