As a Senior Engineering Manager at Canva, I lead the Subscriptions group within the Revenue Platform, where we are at the forefront of driving Canva's revenue growth and shaping the future of the subscription-based model for web and mobile platforms.With dedicated engineering teams, our teams are responsible for developing and maintaining the critical product enablement systems that power a large part of Canva's revenue. These systems are the backbone of Canva's subscription lifecycle, encompassing product SKU curation, subscription plan design, pricing strategies, discounting solutions, and ensuring our valued subscribers enjoy seamless access to premium features.
