I have been successful in consolidating inventory and logistics for several separate organizations to create a single, cohesive operation.Until recently, I led North American logistics for LLX Global Business Services Americas, an importer, exporter, and distributor of luxury goods. In this role I was focused on consolidating operations for 3 luxury brands (Bally, Jimmy Choo, and Belstaff), integrating systems and leveraging higher volumes with vendors. Successes included increasing daily distribution capacities by 100% for our retail and wholesale locations, and insourcing E-Commerce fulfillment.
