Financial Decisions and Analysis (FDnA) is a diverse team that is part of the wider PwC Deals business. FDnA is focused on delivering Analytics to support deals processes and a range of business and commercial decision-making. Results are rapid, pragmatic and focussed to deliver clear outcomes. As part of my role as Partner, I work with Corporate and Private Equity clients deploying advanced business analytics and visualisation techniques to:• enhance the pace and insights from buy and sell side due diligence processes• improve executive management and board level information;• help drive improvements in profitability and cash returns post deal; and • develop robust and accountable budgets, business plans and forecastsAs part of my work with clients, I regularly work with a variety of business stakeholders developing tools, processes and frameworks to support critical decision making (e.g. pricing, product profitability, investment appraisal and strategic options analysis).I have broad cross industry experience but have recent focus on Retail, Leisure and Consumer Products as well as Technology, Software and Media.
