Malinowski Farm is co-owned by my brothers and me. It is a multi-faceted business and has been based on organic and natural practices since we began operating the farm after my father began stepping away from it. We primarily raise cattle and hay as well as chickens and eggs. Throughout the years, we have also raised various types of produce including berries and fruit trees.

As a Washington County Commissioner, I devoted my much of my time to enabling and empowering residents in my district to participate in all phases of county government. Part of my focus is on affordable housing for people who work in Washington County as well as the homeless and mentally ill population. I have advocated for solutions to our multi-modal transportation problems believing all residents have the right to travel freely throughout Washington County. Improving livability for all Washington County residents has also been one of my priorities. I have an open door policy and spend much of my time meeting with, listening to and advocating for county residents.

As a planner, I scheduled materials to provide maximum efficiency, provided customer service and productive resolutions for ordering and delivery issues. I wrote processes and procedures for site planners and used multiple operating systems. I tracked deliveries and orders and conducted research into quantity and delivery issues. I balanced loading of two manufacturing plants for maximum efficiency between the two plants.
