Technical Communicator
Current- Acting liaison between Wagner’s service department and CAT engineering product groups (electronics, lower power train, transmissions, engines, frame and body, Product Link)- Actively support 100+ Service Department Technicians to handle any escalated or unresolved machine failures.- Report unresolved machine failures to CAT Engineering using their PSCRM database known as the Deale Solution Network (DSN)- Coordinate specific programs with CAT’s Quality Engineers to bring together customers, service departments, salesmen and technicians to test various prototype machines and their performance in the field
