• Subject matter expert and liaison to outside developer for Company Car Management Optimization (CCMO) project

• Work closely with Volkswagen and Audi dealer networks to assist in the administration of the courtesy delivery program to include: title corrections, certified document handling and vehicle allocation
• Assist in the management and administration of the driver safety program, and act as the department liaison to the VWGoA accident management vendor

Alexandria, VA

• Recruit, hire and train all club staff employees to include customer service, child care, and janitorial staff
• Provide members with guidance, timely follow up and resolution of all account related issues
• Act as club liaison for all maintenance and service appointments, to include: scheduling of work with approved vendors, and communication with vendors thru completion of work
• Maintain club compliance of all permits with local government agencies

• Recruit, interview, and hire club staff employees. Maintain/manage all club payroll and personnel records. Ensure accuracy of payroll and minimize discrepancies.
• Manage Point Of Sale systems, cash drawer reconciliation, cash management and bank deposits.

• Schedule staff appropriately to meet club demands, considering meal periods, vacations and overtime control.
• Manage janitorial and maintenance staff. Perform daily cleanliness and maintenance inspections.
• Risk management including documentation of incidents and compliance to company standards as well as other regulatory agencies
