I am the Operations Account Lead for one of the largest retailers in North America. I have a successful track record of shaping and leading operations, improving performance, and increasing value by linking strategy to execution. Our scope with this client covers Human Resources, Order Management, Pricing, and Account Payables. Delivering these services involve working with both on and off shore teams to assure that we are meeting all of the customers’ requirements while staying within our internal financial targets.
