-Management of a team of 21 staff (including two team leaders) who undertake Production, data entry, inventory management, Logistics, quality control, 3D printing -Duties such as recruiting, holiday rostering, performance management, weekly reporting, target and goal setting, meeting turn around targets, managing MPU targets and general day to day management-Providing a safe workplace in accordance to WH&S-Change management throughout the production area, data entry, shipping and inventory area.-Monitoring of Production KPI’s-Monitoring and improving of operational systems and processes-Mentoring of team leaders on best practice and employee management-Management of Company ISO 13485/9001 Program (chaired Management Review Meetings and PQC Meetings, management of doc control personnel and internal auditors, facilitated the communication between the US Head Office and Australian office as well as represented the company during the external ISO Audits annually)-Production scheduling, material and demand planning and logistics management-Inter-company liaison with marketing, customer service, sales and retail-Liaison with external customers and offshore facilities in New Zealand, China, USA and the UK-Implementation and project management of 3D printing and scanning machines-Implementation and management of the Customer Care Program within Production-Implementation of lean processes to facilitate continuous improvement (5S, standard work audits, product audits, A3 problem solving, Kaizen events, spaghetti diagrams, value stream mapping, 5 Whys)-Attendance and participation in Management Meetings as part of the Senior Leadership Team, Team Leader Meetings, Global Production Manager Meetings-Project Management responsibilities (implemented programs and procedures for large customer tenders and contracts)-Management of the Production Restructure and physical layout to improve efficiency-Hands on training of new staff within the Production Team

Maintenance of Inventory area – organising and sorting parts, limited counting of stock every day, month end counts of all parts.Gathering and assembling of hearing aids – collecting and collating parts for orders.Calibration and programming of hearing aids – use of Professional Fitting System computer program (in-house) and ACTS computer system.Quality Control of hearing aids – ensuring that all hearing aids fall under the ISO13485 Quality Assurance Standards.Stock Take (End of Month) – ensure that the stock on floor is consistent with the database records.Stock Control – ensuring that all products are in stock and reorder of stock when necessary.Filling orders.Receipting, picking, packing and despatching of hearing aids and accessories.Reporting – Daily Count Reports, Booking out of Orders, Processing of Credits.Use of inhouse database (Oracle).Manufacturing of hearing aid shells – work with acrylic and ultra-violet material.General maintenance of equipment – ensuring that all equipment used in the Shell Lab and surrounding areas are working correctly and efficiently.Maintain and order stationery.

Working under supervision in the receiving and dispatch department.Some picking of goods and compiling orders in the store.Stacking of shelves.Picking and packing of customer orders.
