I'm an experienced and driven Application, Business and Security Analyst and Project Manager with a proven track record of implementing technology solutions for ATMs , Credit/Debit Cards, EFTPoS, Core Banking Systems as well as analysing, initiating and managing complex integration projects.I have over 35 years' experience in the Financial IT sector providing technical and business analysis and production and technology support for Lloyds / LloydsTSB. During this time my project work had me working alongside suppliers and partners in the USA, Belgium, France and Germany.Located in Australia since 2004 I have provided Business and Technical leadership in the Cards (Credit and Debit) and ATM technologies. I have led projects delivering new card products for Bank of Queensland and have played a key role in integrating BOQ and Citibank's Credit Card Systems. I have managed projects delivering complex infrastructure solutions including upgrading and consolidation of a BizTalk test and production environments and Disaster Recovery Technology Improvements.During my role at Suncorp Bank as a Senior Technical BA, I had lead roles in projects including a Card Management system design and testing, PCI Compliance initiatives, system hardware and application migrations and COVID19 functional mitigation for merchants and cardholders.Since working at Global Payments / Ezidebit as Payments Security Analyst I have been instrumental in implementing their Australia-based Cloud Payments Switch and ownership of the technical and cryptographic functions of the Switch and connected Thales Security hardware.I have run or participated in the initial PCI-PIN audit and all subsequent PCI-DSS and ISO27001 audits and am a certified PCI-DSS ISA (Internal Security Assessor).
