I attended pre-bid meetings and bid openings. I managed, and scheduled sub-contractwork. I estimated materials needed to perform work from architectural plans. The ownercreated a new position for me to pursue more local commercial work. Due to the lack workhe was forced to eliminate the position.

I supervised andcoordinated personnel engaged in maintaining, installing, and repairing Mechanical,Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Chillers, Boilers, Variable Refrigeration Systems,and Electrical work. I supervised the service department and helped personnel troubleshootmajor problems. I inspected defective equipment in the shop and the field to determineextent of wear and damage, and I replaced or repaired as needed. I helped train newinstall and service personnel. I supervised and managed all commercial installations andrepairs. I was instrumental in the installation and maintenance of phone and computersystems. I helped establish CCS Builders, Inc. in 2005 and managed the building of fivecustom lake homes ranging from $300,000.00 to $600,000.00 each. Position with bothcompanies was eliminated due to company downsizing (copy of letter from owner uponrequest).

I determined work standards and evaluated workers' performance. I handledwarranty claims regarding defective factory work quality. I determined need and cost ofautomobile repair. I managed a ten (10)-person technician team and helped with troubleshooting technical problems. I helped structure and maintain a profitable servicedepartment.
