Function as community liaison with funders, supporters, community activities, and fund development (including an Annual Luncheon Fundraiser).Site Operations Director (7/1/03 – 7/1/06)Created and monitored site specific budget, that included funding from over 15 different sources, including HUD, VA and Dept of Labor. Ensure that funds are spent appropriately and are allocable according to individual grant budgets, in line with OMB A-122 regulations for nonprofits, as well as the overall site budget. Provide required reports for internal controls of expenditures, as well as those required by funding sources.Workforce Development Director (8/19/01-7/1/03)Managed Workforce Development program and staff. Responsibilities included monitoring the budget of $236,000 as it related to staff salaries, training wages, facility costs and client supportive services. Supervised 6 staff members.
