Greg has 40 years'​ experience negotiating telecom business deals and has created $900MM+ in value for multi-family real estate projects. He spent the first 10 years working in the cable & telephone industries and the past 30 years working for two major multi-family development and managements firms.He is well versed in all areas of multi-family telecom, but focuses primarily on business deal negotiations, contracts and providing technical oversight for new development projects. Areas of specialty include: Smart Home (IOT), Wireless and wired networks, residential bulk service, cellular rooftop leases and business office expense reduction programs.Greg was honorably discharged as an E-6 from the United States Marine Corps in 1990.
