I have helped our market achieve the number 1 ranking on 5Star Plus report (nationally) YTD for the first 6 months of 2012, finishing the year with the number 2 ranking. During that time I have helped to mentor and coach 6 network managers, which included 4 managers with less than 1 year experience in their role. Helped in Coaching and Developing a team that finished in top 3 in nation for 2013.Continually mentor and help with process improvements and developments, while continuing to coach 9 network managers. I have developed several processes, WALT plans and procedures that we follow that have helped us achieve sustainable success while building the credibility of our organization.I have relieved for my area manager on numerous occasions, taking his place on important conference calls with regional management and support staff personnel. Installed and repaired all aspects of the Uverse telecommunications network in customer residences and businesses.
