NewWave Telecom and Technologies, Inc. (“NewWave”), is a full-service Information Technology (IT), Business Services and Data Management company, specializing in developing mission-critical Healthcare IT solutions using state-of-the-art technologies. In my new roles as Newwave’s Executive Vice-President, State and Health Business, I will focus on defining business growth strategies and positioning NewWave for new state healthcare opportunities as well as leveraging existing CMS business for pursuits within other federal agencies and the private sector. My initial focus will be in the State Medicaid and Commercial Health Plans space. I will be driving product first strategies through the adoption of Human Center Design, Open Source, open API initiatives, cloud migration, and the adoption of Agile and Lean methodologies driving measurable better customer experiences. “I appreciate Newwave’s mission of ‘solving for the greater good’ and I am looking forward to this new challenging position.”

Serve as the Deputy Director of the Data and Systems Group (DSG). Lead staff of 70 employees and 100+ contractors driving effective contract acquisition, Agile software development, AWS systems deployment and data product development, at the agency level and for Medicaid in all 56 States, DC and the Territories. Authorize over $5 billion in federal match to states annually. Drive open API data initiatives. Stakeholder engagement/ negotiation with federal policymakers, state leadership, company execs, consumers, etc.
