Huge Film is an Australian-based Film and TV production company established by creative collaborators Patrick Hughes, Greg McLean and James Beaufort. Patrick and Greg have been friends for twenty years, with McLean Executive Producing Hughes’ debut feature, Red Hill. Patrick and James have been writing partners on dozens of projects, including their current slate. While Patrick’s globetrotting directing career has taken him all over the globe, helming hit movies like ‘The Expendables 3’, ‘The Hitman’s Bodyguard 1 and 2’ and ‘The Man From Toronto’, he’s always remained passionate about the local industry. McLean has become a key player locally, directing horror and thriller features such as ‘Wolf Creek’, ‘The Belko Experiment’, and ‘Jungle,' as well as TV series like 'Scrublands' for STAN and 'Territory' for Netflix. Realising a shared desire to develop their own film and TV projects for the global stage - while being based at home - the trio hatched the vision for the company. They aim to harness Australia’s extraordinary talent, skilled crews, and unmatched production opportunities and connect those with their international partnerships in bringing to life an exciting and diverseslate of Film and TV projects.
