As General Manager I have oversight of the entire operation of the franchise in the Prospect League including; staff hiring and oversight, budgeting, corporate sales, season tickets, game promotions, concessions, ticket sales, field advertising, team roster building, host family organization, team travel, facilities operations, developmental camps and community outreach.As Field Manager I am responsible for assembling a 28 man roster of current college baseball players to compete in 60 game summer schedule. Players come from all over the country to compete in the collegiate wood bat league.

o Direct oversight of 18 NAIA Division I Intercollegiate Athletic Programs. Added Men’s Volleyball (Fall 2013) and Men’s and Women’s Bowling (Fall 2014)o Oversight of 35 athletic employees, 20 student workers and 500+ student-athletes.o Position reports directly to the President and sat on President’s Senior Leadership Group.o Planning, implementing and evaluating athletic department budgets.o Responsible for Enrollment Management for the department and the distribution of over $3.5 million of athletically-related financial aid annually.o Responsible for athletic department development through booster club, venue advertising, season tickets and alumni donations.o Created new marketing initiatives through rebranding the athletic website, video streaming, new logos and font.o Oversight of all NAIA Rules Compliance and the Champions of Character Program.o Created and implemented the Student-Athlete Leadership Team (S.A.L.T.)o Facility management for all athletic venues including; Joe Charles Field House (Basketball/Volleyball), Nichols Field (Baseball), Ayers Field (Soccer), Ellison Poulton Stadium (Football/Track), the Cotton Bowl (Softball) and the Activity and Recreation Center (Fitness).o Sits on several standing institutional committees including; Senior Leadership Group, Academic Standards Committee, Facilities Management Task Force, Higher Learning Commission Task Group, Retention Committee, Campus Spirit Committee, and the Strategic Planning Committee. o NAIA Competitive Experience Committee.o NAIA National Administrative Council.o Member of Heart of America Athletic Conference Strategic Planning Task Force.o 83 NAIA Scholar-Athletes since 2010.

o Direct oversight of Internal Operations of a NCAA Division II athletic department.o Reported to Director of Athletics and served as the lead administrator in absence of AD.o Budget oversight of 13 NCAA Division II sport programs, NCAA Division I Men’s Volleyball and NAIA Football.o NCAA Compliance Officer including rules oversight and eligibility certification. Additional eligibility and rules compliance for the NAIA football program.o Responsible for game management for all home sporting events.
