My metal fabrication courier started 10 years ago when I switched from masonry due to the ups and downs with job security in the business. Went back to school and received my entry level welding certificate, 1 year welding certificate and moved on to receive my AAS in applied science (Welding Technology). I have taken and passed, with a 4.0 every class. I am currently certified in FCAW and GMAW, but my passion is TIG WELDING.- Leads and maintains the Weld Department.- Assist Production Manager on how to effectively move parts throughout the weld booth.- Order al consumables and PPE to keep the department running smoothly and efficiently.- Assist engineering with 3-D printed fixture questions prior to production as well as building metal fixtures when ever needed.- Fabricate and assemble all the high end stainless steel and aluminum weldments.- Assist other operations on the floor to keep the flow going.- Train and assist all new welders on the proper procedures and operations to produce quality parts.

  - Leads and maintains the weld department -Assist production manager daily on effectivly pushing parts threw the weld both- Address all problems from night shift and figure out the most cost effecive solltion to the problem.-work in to the schedule all (GREG ONLY) jobs set aside from management and engineering for only me to fix.-Order all consumables and PPE needed to keep the department running smothly and adjust when needed to ensure we do not go LINE DOWN!-Setup up most weld procedures for the booth when engineering says (weld it)-Assist engineering with fixture questions and/or problems and address imediately before its put into production.-Fabricate and assemble all the high end Stainless Steel and Aluminum tig welded parts-Hold employees accountable for there actions.-Assist other floor operations when ever needed to keep the flow going-Train all incoming welders how to do their job safely and efectivley know matter the experience level they were brought on with/or without dissabillities.-Insure all paper work is being done and turned in from welders daily.
