CurrentResponsible for managing and coordinating the activities of multiple digital production teams in a fast paced and dynamic working environment spanning multiple projects in a highly technical setting, maintaining acceptable project velocities and reporting project progress to ensure steady progress and successful projects. I also train and mentor the digital production staff, ensuring all established procedures are followed and that acceptable performance is maintained. I interview and assess candidates for hire, schedule necessary resources to meet project needs, and regularly meet with key personnel to evaluate staffing assignments and organizational strengths and weaknesses, and regularly contribute to discussions designed to establish 'Best Practice' policies and procedures.
