CurrentManage the total loss claims focusing on timely resolution of claims while providing good customer service and accuracy within the National Operation.•Ensure development of staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.•Monitor claims volume to ensure best distribution of work within assigned areas and evaluation staffing requirements.•Ensure timely investigation and handling of claims in accordance to state statutes and company policy.•Accomplish staff results in a timely and accurate fashion by communicating job expectations while planning, monitoring, and appraising job results through coaching, counseling and developing employees.
