• Overseeing the presentation and maintenance of the centre ensuring a high standard of presentation at all times
• Maintained close liaisons with the landlord and fostering effective working relationships
• Drive the leasing of the Centre’s through local market contacts, canvassing new retailers in the local market and assisting the leasing team in achieving and maintaining a zero vacancy level
• Preparation of all related contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence and documentation
• Supervision of tenancy fit outs to ensure consistency and compliance with building objectives

• Centre Manager for AMP Capital at Riverside Plaza Queanbeyan. Duties included:Managed the staff members within the successful retail centre team, under the direction of the Portfolio Manager
• Participated in an active role in developing the leasing plan and assisting with the timely delivery of tenancies and lease documentation
• Worked actively with Administration Manager to ensure that all rentals, outgoings, turnover rental, promotion levy’s, tenant electricity and any other tenant recoverable were in line with budget expectations

• Actively assisted in ensuring that the risk management programs were on target for the centre
