My clients include originators and underwriters of commercial mortgage lenders and brokers, GSE (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) lenders, banks, private equity investors, and real estate developers and owners.During my 25 years of technical and client management experience, my services have included Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, Seismic Risk Assessments, lead-based paint surveys and radon testing of real estate including the following property types: multifamily residential, manufactured home, senior care, hotels, light/heavy industrial, commercial office, and retail. I have been personally involved in the details of thousands of real estate transactions for various client types and therefore understands the specific needs and scopes of work required for the different parties involved in the transaction. I am familiar with the due diligence requirements of a varied number of reporting standards, including current ASTM Standards for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments and Seismic Assessments. I have assisted clients on over 20,000 commercial real estate transactions throughout my career. My due diligence experience encompasses all levels, including, but not limited to, advising GSE lenders, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, banks and private equity lenders/investors, property developers and owners through most aspects of the real estate due diligence process throughout the United States. Additional projects have included due diligence management of large-scale loan portfolios and multidisciplinary equity-level Property Condition Assessments, which have included projects requiring aggregation of specialty service scopes within the realm of property/building evaluation.
