Over 25 years of Project Controls experience in the Oil & Gas industry (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream), Government, Commercial, and other industries, requiring project management systems to ensure successful completion of all EPC projects from Engineering to Fabrication and installation. Most recent work experience has been a Senior Planning & Scheduling consultant to ExxonMobil, TPC, and Maersk Oil & Gas, for large to Mega-Size Capital Projects. Led & managed detailed planning efforts for major Offshore and Onshore projects in the U.S. Gulf coast region, Europe, Africa, Northern Seas and Artic regions. Responsibilities included Project planning workshops, evaluation of Contractor baseline schedules for Pre-FEED, FEED, Execution (Engineering, Procurement, Module & FPSO Fabrication, Installation & Construction). Provided Project Management with Project schedule analysis & path forward recommendations for EPC Projects, based on progress Trends, Critical Path & other KPI's. Developed the Owners Integrated Project Schedule, and evaluated duration's based on historical benchmarks to validate Contractors schedules.Working knowledge of Project Controls (Planning, Cost & Estimating), Enterprise Primavera 6, Microsoft Projects, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and well-rounded workflow planning knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Construction processes.
