I have been a Real estate investor for 40 years. Motivational speaking, Real Estate training, and teaching comprehensive plans for new businesses and strategies for current businesses including eCommerce business. In addition, training my students selling and closing techniques, and the propper steps for setting up any business. My public speaking events are extremely informative, and the information is very helpful even in your day to day activities. I am not someone that teaches you something I learned, I teach you what I live. Through my actual experiences in dealing and owning multi million dollar properties, aircraft, and yachts, simply by following my guidance you can do the same. I grew up in a middle class neighborhood, before my fortieth birthday, I was living with the one per-centers. Anyone can do this in far less time, but you have to be willing to put in the time and work necessary, with the information I provide. A two year plan is very realistic and obtainable.
